**The Opportunity**

Working alongside some of the most creative and respected Hotel and Hospitality names in the industry, these roles form part of our Food and Beverage team that is ideas driven, ever evolving and guest experience focused.

We are looking for passionate & experienced **Cafe all-rounders and Bartenders**to join our Food and Beverage Team at our iconic waterfront restaurant, Boilerhouse.

**Cafe all-rounders at the Cafe and Boilerhouse Restaurant**ensure guests have a pleasant experience by providing attentive and efficient service. This involves greeting and seating customers, presenting menus, taking orders and relaying them accurately to the kitchen, making recommendations, and serving food and beverage.

**Bartenders at the Boilerhouse Restaurant**are responsible for the bar operations and our guest experience. With a mature and friendly service approach to greet all our restaurant guests, you will assist in creating a fun atmosphere whilst producing a list of sophisticated cocktails.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist the team with the opening & closing of the outlets.
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all guests.
- Deliver food and beverages to customers' tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are complete and presented professionally.
- Take orders accurately and handle transactions professionally.
- Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, clearing empty plates and glasses, replacing utensils and napkins as needed, and ensuring tables are clean and presentable for incoming guests.
- Work closely with back and front of house to ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- You’ll be readily prepared to make sophisticated alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, with fast turnaround during peak periods.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour.
- Support the Food & Beverage Leadership Team with continual up-skilling and training of Team Members.
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet guidelines and internal Hotel Policies.
- Complete post-shift cashiering procedures.
