**The Opportunity**

Working alongside some of the most creative and respected Hotel and Hospitality names in the industry, these roles form part of our Food and Beverage team that is ideas driven, ever evolving and guest experience focused.

We have multiple opportunities for passionate & experienced hospitality professionals to be part of our F&B Team within Q Station's iconic waterfront cafe.

We are on the lookout for Baristas/Cafe All-Rounders with strong coffee making skills.

**The Barista/Cafe All-Rounder at the Wharf Café** plays a key role in our multi-outlet venue, serving high-standard coffees, other beverages and food, and is responsible for providing friendly & professional & knowledgeable customer service to our guests and visitors.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- You’ll be readily prepared to make high-standard coffees and beverages, with fast turnaround during peak periods
- Responsible for the service of food, including sandwiches and deserts
- Assist the team with the opening & closing of the Cafe
- Providing efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to all guests
- Take orders accurately and handle transactions professionally.
- Maintain high attention to detail with exemplary cleaning standards across the cafe
- Support inventory management by overseeing restocking activities and ensuring adequate levels of supplies are maintained. Additionally, diligently monitor food quality to uphold standards
- Set up food displays
- Exceptional presentation and professional demeanour
- Support the Food & Beverage Leadership Team with continual up-skilling and training of Team Members
- Be knowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet guidelines and internal Hotel Policies
- Complete post-shift cashiering procedures

**Salary**: $30.10 - $40.00 per hour
