**Role Title**: Communications officer - Service Experience

**Start Date**: ASAP

**End Date**: 6 month contract (with the possibility of extension)

**Pay**: $550 - $600 p/d + Sup

**Hours**:8hr/day 40hr/week

**Location**:WFH 1-2 days in Parramatta

**Required **(after interview)**: 2x References, WWCC, and Police Check.

The communications officer is responsible for developing and implementing a range of communications strategies and initiatives to deliver high quality, consistent and standardised communications and enhance the brand and reputation of the support services model.

- Develop and implement a range of communications strategies and initiatives including coordinating projects, co
- designing and developing content with schools and scheduling communications to deliver high quality, consistent and standardised communications aligned to organisational and communications standards.
- Draft and publish content for a range of communication channels such as web, print, digital, social media, news, publications, video, animations, podcasts, workshops, presentations and information sessions to ensure content is appropriately targeted for the audience and medium.
- Implement communications policies, processes and guidelines ensuring alignment to organisational requirements and standards to drive high quality customer-centred and consistent communication outcomes within support services.
- Prepare regular reporting on all communications project to analyse the success of communications initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and learning to positively impact the support services business outcomes.

- Maintaining awareness of contemporary approaches to self-service communications and implementing new methods and tools to drive engagement.
- Managing multiple projects and competing deadlines within agreed time, cost and quality requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Providing high levels of customer service while balancing competing organisational priorities to achieve customer satisfaction outcomes.

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated experience implementing communications strategies across a range of channels including web, digital and social.
- Demonstrated experience with a range of relevant technology including content management systems, adobe, social media and other relevant areas.

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in digital media and communications or related and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.
