This well-established business with over 30 years of industry experience, is an Australian run company and a trusted provider of advanced technology solutions, sourced from their network of leading international suppliers across the telecommunications, enterprise, industrial and defence sectors. Their business is comprised of 6 key service streams including RF Solutions, Network iQ, Service Assurance, Cable, LED Solutions and Defence. Servicing our wide-ranging customer base including key mobile operators, major ISP’s, state and federal government departments, emergency services, utilities, major industries.

It’s all aboutthe Job

Reporting to the National Sales Manager for their RF division, we are looking for someone to support their small team. The primary responsibility is to utilise your technical knowledge in cellular towers, or anything wireless/RF technologies to deliver and maintain exceptional customer experience across their customer base comprising of carriers, installers, system Integrators. You will take a proactive lead in building offerings across cellular, two way, microwave & Laser technologies. You’ll provide technical backup and comprehensive tier 1 support throughout the customer lifecycle as well as collect business and technical information from clients to help build business case. You will complete and present quotes, proposals to prospective clients and collaborate with internal team members and proactively take an interest in, and contribution towards business development opportunities. Days are busy but hours are good with 830am start, 430pm finish and some flexibility to work from home. Great remuneration is on offer with a car included in the package.

You will be practical person who is happy to pick up the phone and chat to a customer, gets excited about new technologies and enjoys to providing solutions to a Tier 1 customer base. An ambitious, career orientated and a personable character with a clear interest in moving into sales environment is highly desirable. Preferably for this role you will need to:

- Be tertiary qualified in electronic, electrical or communications engineering.
- Have experience or knowledge in the RF Field support.
- Knowledge of advanced RF site builds, especially macro, IBD/DAS

As well as two-way radio communication and telecommunications would be advantageous
