We are seeking a Commercial Finance Business Partner who will support the Commercial Finance team and the functions across Catch, with an additional focus on commercial business partnering within the Retail and Marketplace business units.

**What you’ll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Commercial Finance Business Partner look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Establishing simplified and clear operational reporting
- Analyse key business drivers to develop commercial insights that enable the business to deliver improved performance
- Leading the identification of revenue and cost optimisation opportunities across Retail and Marketplace
- Financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities across all Catch
- Supporting the forecasting, budgeting and reporting processes
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**What you’ll bring to the table?**
- 8+ years’ experience in business partnering within Ecommerce / Retail industry
- Very strong commercial and financial acumen
- Strong data analysis and financial / commercial modelling skills to analyse and present high volumes of data
- Demonstrated preparation of detailed reports and presentations to senior management and executives
- Ability to support business requirements
- Ability to make and execute considered decisions in a fast-moving business environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
