**About the Role**

Are you a strategic finance professional ready to make a global impact? Kao Australia is seeking a **Commercial Finance Business Partner** to lead financial planning and analysis for the **Bondi Sands Global** business, located in Port Melbourne (with the ability to work from East Malvern as required). This is a high-impact role that partners across departments to drive commercial outcomes, support strategic initiatives, and deliver financial insights that shape the future of a globally recognized brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Financial Planning & Analysis**Lead the commercial build of annual budgets, long-term plans, and monthly forecasts. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals.
- **Commercial Partnering**Act as the primary financial advisor to business units, providing insights on profitability, resource allocation, and investment feasibility.
- **Profit Management**Drive month-end close processes, variance analysis, and performance reporting to ensure accurate financial outcomes.
- **NPD Staging Gate**Lead financial modeling and commercial assessment of new product development projects, supporting decision-making from concept to launch.
- **Business Planning & OKRs**Contribute to the achievement of Australian & Global Accounting and Finance strategies, including ESG and transformation goals.
- **Accounting & Professional Development**Ensure compliance with Kao and IFRS accounting standards, support audits, and contribute to policy development.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Member of a professional accounting body
- 5-10 years of finance and management experience
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP/BI/BPC experience preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- A collaborative mindset and customer service orientation
