The role of the Learning Lead is to drive business value by delivering learning solutions that support the Commercial Insurance business and Underwriters.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Proactive engagement of key stakeholders, including the members of the Underwriter of Future (UoF) framework, Faculty of Underwriting (FUM) and School of Underwriting (SoU) Councils, Practice Managers, State Underwriting Executive Managers, Tribes, other Learning & Capability roles across function in particular Personal Injury Learning and Functional Capability Manager
- Scoping learning requirements and gaining approvals for proposed solution(s), including design approach, scope, budget, quality, and timelines
- Leading and project managing the design, build and implementation of agreed learning solutions including communications, change management and embedding of learning
- Simple learning design, facilitation, and maintenance of learning solutions to support upskilling in line with Learning Governance Framework
- Ensuring learning artefacts and training attendance records across the Commercial business (business designed or externally designed) align to the minimum standards of the Learning Governance Framework

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience in end-to-end Learning project management of initiatives
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Agile, Lean and Human Centred Design methodologies
- Demonstrated capability engaging/influencing stakeholders with commercial, data driven solutions
- Ability to lead others through learning delivery projects
- Experience in Commercial Insurance - desired
- Demonstrated experience in developing learning & capability offerings in a corporate and highly regulated setting, leveraging a variety of delivery methods and models.
