Suncorp have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Advisor to join the Commercial Property Claims team. This role will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and administration of the Learning Governance Framework.

This role will also a take a lead in the design and coordination of Commercial Claims relevant learning solutions as well as onboarding programs which aligns with the Commercial Claims strategy.

**What you’ll do**
- Learning Governance Framework: support and implement a sustainable framework.
- Develop and design of learning solutions and onboarding programs.
- Facilitate Commercial Claims training programs
- Play a key role in supporting career pathways and capability uplift initiatives.
- Create and facilitate workshops, meetings and showcase with stakeholders to design and deliver appropriate solutions, and to maintain engagement throughout initiatives and activities
- Manage Commercial Claim’s participation in ANZIIF learning modules and events

**What you’ll bring**
- 3 years’ experience in insurance or financial services work experience
- Demonstrated experience management of frameworks and governance or within a related field
- Experience in developing and designing learning solutions desirable
- Demonstrated technical facilitation experience desired
- Experience in classroom and virtual instructor led training desired
- Strong focus on positive customer experiences and ethical decision-making
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to gaining new skills
- Ability to role model claims behaviours, work collaboratively across stakeholders of all levels and communicate superbly in writing
