**Purchasing and Accounts**

KSH Shopfitting is a well-established shopfitting company located in Lidcombe.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Purchasing and Accounts office person to join our dynamic team.

To be considered for the role, you must have experience in Purchasing and accounts and

background in either shopfitting or construction industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Researching suppliers.
- Comparing and evaluating supplier offers.
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing
- Planning for the purchase of project equipment and supplies.
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of products.
- Tracking orders and ensure smooth delivery.
- Entering data into order portals and record keeping
- Maintaining and updating supplier information.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Placing orders as needed.
- Accept and organinse deliveries to project allocation and coordinating with warehouse team to ensure storage requirements are met.
- Working within set budgets.
- Assistance to accounts team as required
- Organising flight, car hire and accommodation as required for interstate projects.
- One to three (1-3) years in a similar purchasing role
- Proficient and up-to-date industry knowledge of hardware and materials.
- Ability to prioritise workload and multitask
- Ability to work as part of a team, with or without supervision
- Excellent ability to build rapport with suppliers.
- Possess a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-presented, pleasant and professional phone manner.
- Positive attitude with the ability to self-motivate.
