We're Hiring: Accountant (Full-Time/Part-Time | NSW)

Join the team at HARDCORE Steel Frames & Trusses, a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in premium Light Gauge Steel (LGS) framing solutions. As we continue to expand from NSW to across Australia, we're looking for a skilled Accountant to help drive financial efficiency and support our growing operations.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing and reporting financial statements, and ensuring smooth financial operations across the business. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and reconcile financial statements, reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reviews
  • Analyse financial performance and recommend strategic actions
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
  • Support management with financial planning and cost analysis
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with employment regulations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MYOB (essential)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
