About Us

DSC Personnel is a 100% Australian privately owned and operated business that has been a leading provider of casual labour and recruitment services for over 45 years.

We provide our clients with a high quality and reliable pool of casual and permanent staff over an extensive range of industries. We operate in NSW & QLD.

**The Role**

The position is an internal role responsible for processing our weekly casual payroll & invoicing.

The hours per week are currently 24. Monday is the payroll processing day so a full 8 hour day is required. The remainder of the hours can be spread over the week but Tuesday & Fridays will require hours to be worked to complete the invoicing & prepare for the weekly payroll.

The position reports to the CFO & functions include
- Job sheet preparation
- Adding new employees & maintenance
- Payroll reconciliation & costing
- Accounts Receivable

**About You**
- We use employment Hero to process our payroll. Experience in this would be an advantage but not essential.
- We are looking for someone with previous account/payroll experience with a high level of attention to detail & accuracy for the data entry of hours to be paid & charged to customers.
- You will need to be deadline driven, proactive & be able to work independently.
- Strong verbal & written communications skills required to answer internal & external queries from employees & customers.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office modules.
