**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:
In this position you will be responsible for a number of diverse key duties including:

- Onboarding and off boarding of staff (employees and contractors)
- Office technology administration: platform licence management, software updates, file system administration, user access permissioning and management
- Management of Teams / SharePoint environment - creation of logical framework and on-going curation and maintenance of client records
- Timesheet system administration and reconciliation including ensuring contractors maintain their timesheets / timesheet reporting
- Creation and management of employee agreements
- Creation and management of sub-contractor agreements
- Tracking and management of client Purchase Orders
- Daily reconciliation of accounts in Xero
- Tracking and maintenance of debtor and creditor outstandings
- Execute monthly payroll run
- Meeting organisation and catering
- Office facilities management for our Melbourne and Sydney offices
- Manage and undertake the organisation of client events and bookings
- Administration of supplier contracts, company memberships and subscriptions
- Reception of clients professionally when they arrive at the Melbourne office
- General support for Partners including travel bookings / other duties as required

**Skills and experience**:

- Office365 administration skills
- Ability to work in a structured and orderly way including an ability to prioritise and without
- supervision
- Proven ability to identify and implement improvements to business administration processes
- Technically proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Overall great team player
- High degree of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
- Advanced Microsoft knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
