You will refer customers to our specialist banking teams such as Home Loans and Business Banking, as well as coach customers on our digital banking offerings. This rewarding role blends sales and customer service and holds accountability for sales and referral targets - all with an uncompromising commitment to empowering our customers to make the most of their money **This is a part-time, branch-based role across 8.45am - 4.30pm Monday, 8.45am - 5.30pm Friday and 9.45am - 2.15pm Saturday.** **What do I need?** - Banking experience is ideal, but not essential - your **high-performer energy**and unique ability to gauge and nurture **strong customer relationships**will be key to driving your success - Strong experience in a **customer-facing / phone-based**sales**role - **Resilience**, **tenacity**, and an ability to **flex**- no two days and no two customers are ever the same - Proven experience of achieving **performance KPIs**with an uncompromising commitment to delivering an **exceptional customer service**: - Comfortable when working with **numbers**and adept at navigating **multiple systems** No banking experience?
