- This role is part of Lockheed Martin Australia’s Office of Australian Industrial Participation (OAIP) to support Lockheed Martin’s MFC ADSCO (Missiles and Fire Control Australian Defence Strategic Capabilities Office) industrial development efforts in Australia.
- The role has primary responsibility for developing and implementing industrial cooperation / offset programs in support of current and / or future industrial cooperation obligations in Australia.-
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- In support of the Australian IDCT Lead:
- Lead the development and implementation of programs in support of current and/or future industrial development obligations specifically in support of MFC ADSCO priorities and associated Australian Industry Capability (AIC) obligations
- Lead the identification of Australian capabilities that align with Lockheed Martin’s business priorities/models (i.e., due diligence)
- Lead the coordination of logistics and planning for industrial capability conferences and in-bound visits for OAIP activities in Australia
- Interface regularly with Lockheed Martin procurement and industrial development teams, and directly supporting capture objectives
- Develop and administer relevant training activities
- Support Lockheed Martin Australia communications in the creation and execution of a communications plan for OAIP activities
- Assist in the development of key market scans, research, analysis and reports
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and with the Department of Defence GWEO (Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordinance) Directorate (and others as appropriate), as required, to understand their regulations and expectations.
- Ensure activities align with LMA Strategy and BA business plans
- Establish and grow relationships with customers, suppliers, and industrial partners.
- Implement industrial development programs that satisfy commitments on schedule and within program budget.
- Provide reporting on industrial cooperation progress, and ensure commitments are implemented in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.

**Desirable**:
- Extensive experience in working with small to medium enterprises and universities in Australia
- Extensive experience with Australian export control compliance
- International business experience
**Special Requirements**:
- Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current or re-instatable NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of criminal and/or other background screens, which require the collection and transfer of personal information.
