**Transformational Leadership
As a member of the Command Leadership Team, you'll:
Develop and implement multi-year investment strategies for a $5 billion asset base
Drive asset management lifecycle frameworks and maintenance standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve synergies and delivery efficiencies
Lead a high-performing maintenance team, fostering professional development
Develop and manage service provider contracts and agreements
Technical Expertise Meets Strategic Vision
We're seeking a seasoned professional with:
Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-value assets in 24/7 operational environments
Proven ability to develop maintenance strategies, exceed performance targets, and secure investment
Extensive knowledge of construction codes, maintenance policies, WHS frameworks, and legislated requirements
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and consultation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret maintenance data
Key Responsibilities
Technical Delivery: Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans, asset management frameworks, and service provider governance.
Governance and Leadership: Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring knowledge and skills to deliver planned activities.
Stakeholder Success: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
