About Arova

Arova is a fast-growing supplier of bathroom products with 3 showrooms across Melbourne’s SE, western and northern suburbs. We pride ourselves on affordable quality bathroom products and exceptional customer services.

The Role:
Arova is looking for experienced, motivated and results-orientated Sales Assistants to join our high performing sales team located in Thomastown. Arova offers a successful sales platform and opportunity to grow and develop and progression in the company.

If you have prior sales experience in general retail and interest in interior design or home renovation, then we are really keen to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- A strong desire to succeed with ‘Can do, Will do’ attitude
- A Team player with a proactive approach and excellent work ethic.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to work on Saturdays 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy store
- Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite.
- A quick learner
- Attention to details

**Duties**:

- Manage sales enquiries, face-to-face, online and over-the-phone
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with clients and partners
- Working independently and as part of the team to ensure positive sales outcomes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
