**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Sales Assistant for our Prize Homes**

The role will include:

- Ensuring that the customer and supporter is at the heart of everything we do.
- Working together as one team to deliver a consistent service and message to all supporters
- Demonstrating a customer-centred approach to all interactions
- Motivate customer sales by passionately conveying the organisation's purpose and values.
- Up-selling and cross-selling products and services by making recommendations based on the customer’s needs and within established quality standards.
- Identifying and promptly escalating priority issues and complaints to Prize Home Team Leader.
- Maintaining statistics on sales activity and results and submiting daily and/or weekly reporting as required
- Assisting with ‘Live House’ presentation by completing various tasks

**What will you bring**:

- Proven experience in a customer service and sales role within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience upselling and cross-selling products.
- Sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and on-sell.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to engage in sales conversations and clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions.
- Multi-tasking ability and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
