A fantastic opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance Product Underwriting team as a Product Governance Analyst.

In this varied role, you will work with various stakeholders across the business with a primary focus on the monitoring, coordination, and governance of Target Market Determinations (TMDs). You will analyse various data points relating to TMDs, identifying trends, and providing insights to the GI Head of Product Management. You will ensure compliance with Zurich and regulatory guidelines and processes and support the implementation of legislative or internally mandated change where required. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, you will maintain due diligence records, update relevant registers, and support and coordinate working groups.

**Important to your success - let's grow together**
- An understanding of technical aspects of general insurance products and structures, particularly retail products
- Strong understanding of Product disciplines and end customer experience. Experience with preparing Target Market Determinations, advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory obligations and recent regulatory changes, including RG168 and RG274
- Advanced excel skills, with the ability to interpret and summarise large quantities of data quickly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
