**About the Role**

We are seeking an **Internal Sales** to play a key role in lead generation, sales growth, and client relationship management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that supplies LGS Home Kits, Structural Steel, and Brickies Hardware to contractors and manufacturers across WA.

**What you'll be doing**
- Identify and reach out to potential contractors and manufacturers in Perth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Provide quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Process and coordinate sales orders, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
- Offer after-sales support and resolve any customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and contribute to sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while continuously improving sales processes.

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in internal sales with a strong steel background.
- Established relationships with WA-based contractors and manufacturers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Willingness to develop into a Sales Team Leader role.

**What we offer**
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
