Bid Coordinator

**The opportunity**

As our Australian business grows, so is our team and presence in the market. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity for someone who has the purpose and passion to make an impact.

We are looking for a **Bid Coordinator** to join our team. On a day-to-day basis you will work closely with your Customer & Markets colleagues, Business Directors, Market Leaders and client service teams in Australia and New Zealand. Based in either **Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane**, you will partner with the business throughout the lifecycle of a pursuit in developing winning bids and proposals with a compelling and differentiated strategy. This includes coordinating technical inputs from others, as well as guiding and editing proposal content. It is important to be able to roll up your sleeves to get the job done when deadlines are approaching.

**About you**

If you are a **BD Administrator, Project Coordinator** or in a similar role and ready for your next challenge we are keen to hear from you You will bring a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. Pursuit/proposal experience is preferred, and you will need to be a strong communicator with influencing skills. Exceptional attention to detail, relationship building skills and a drive to see teams succeed will lead you to excel in this role.

At your core, you’re organised, and know how to get and keep others organised too - sometimes under pressure. You can work will with your team and the business to support the development of winning bids and proposals with a compelling and differentiated strategy. This includes coordinating technical inputs from others and guiding and editing proposal content.

Whilst this is an entry level role into Bid work, you will still have the opportunity to put your stamp on things within a team that is looking to do things differently.
