We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team at our Head Office located at West Kempsey.
About the role
Coastline Bank's financial performance has been exceptional in recent years, with industry leading results. You will be joining a finance team with a strong learning & development focus.
Responsibilities:
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with payroll processing
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting with end-of-month reporting, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with maintenance of asset register
- Assist with treasury operations
- Assist with the preparation and lodgement of regulatory returns (including ATO, APRA and ASIC)
What you need to succeed
- 2+ years' experience in a finance or accounts related role
- Proven strong teamwork capabilities
- Proficiency with various accounting software including Xero
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Accounting or finance qualifications (highly regarded)
- Experience with payroll processing
