**The Role**:

- Financial Advising Support

Diary Management, ongoing client support regarding queries and advisor requests, preparation of client documents for client meetings, preparation of SOA's, ROA's and advice disclosure documents as requested, monitor revenue and commissions to ensure payments are made and received, maintenance and management of all data in XPlan
- Compliance ensuring they meet ASIC protocols

Assist Directors and Financial Advisor on a day to day basis to ensure the minimum standard of compliance is met at all times, assist in building solid compliance standards and practices
- Business Development Activities

Coordinating Business Development Activities and referral information from Financial Advisor as required, ensuring follow up with all new prospective clients, arranging client meetings in conjunction with the Financial Advisor
- General Office Administration
