Head of Artificial Intelligence

**The Opportunity**:
This role is responsible for creating a compelling vision for AI and Advanced Analytics at City Holdings. A vision that capitalises on City’s distinct capabilities and articulates how City can bring unique ongoing value to our customers.
The role will also be required to undertake critical analysis tasks such as strategic analysis, new business due diligence, budget modelling and financial forensics and present these findings to Senior management and customer facing executives.

**To succeed in this role, you will have/be**:

- Experience leading teams with data engineering, feature engineering and/or model development using advanced modelling techniques (e.g. generative AI, Chatbots/customer facing intelligence tech)
- Computer Science degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Machine learning.
- Experience with customer facing delivery of data insights.
- A proven track record of managing and communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience connecting delivery outputs to meaningful business impact from scoping through deployment.
- Experience leading and developing high - performing and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience leading teams responsible for deploying advanced modelling solutions into production environments.
