**Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?**
- Your **first month** will include in depth training, learning all about Asset Finance Brokering, our lending panel, and the Stratton way
- In your **first 6 months **you will continue to grow your knowledge and develop your sales whilst activity servicing new enquiries through outbound phone call activity
- In your **12 months **you’ll continue to learn from a team of experienced brokers and grow your repeat customer base, whilst building skills in our In-house Sales Development programs
- After **12 months** you’re really becoming an experienced broker, managing repeat and referral customers as a product and sales expert.
- We will continue to grow your career with structured career pathways - become a Senior Finance Consultant, Team Leader or more
