**Description**

We are looking for two Service Centre Consultant to join a progressive IT Service Centre where you will provide first level resolution and support the delivery of key business services to the RACQ Group.
- Focus on continuous improvement to service delivery
- Be part of a progressive IT Team and Queensland’s largest club
- Corporate campus environment at Eight Mile Plains with onsite car parking

The Service Centre Consultant will provide single/first point contact for our internal customers, providing first level response and resolution for a range of issues for desktop and business systems. Our Service Centre is available 6 days a week on a rotating roster.

Skills & Experience:

- Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills with experience in single point of contact service centre environment.
- Demonstrated ability in technology operations and support
- Strong organisational, time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, follow processes, solve problems and make decisions which help resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Experience with system and service level monitoring tools and dashboards.
- An understanding of ITIL V3 and experience supporting large scale banking and insurance IT systems will be high regarded.
- A working knowledge of Unix, Windows 10, Cisco and Office 365 technologies.
- You must be able to work within a rotating roster which operates outside normal office hours and includes weekends.
