We are seeking an experienced customer service superstar to join our friendly Allocations Team.

**Your responsibilities**
Our hours of operation are 5:00am - 11:00pm, 365 days a year and you will be required to work on a rolling roster; inclusive of weekdays, weekend and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Taking and directing inbound calls
- Contacting nurses and updating availabilities in the rostering system
- Entering and filling shifts through the rostering system

You will possess the following:

- Have a strong work ethic and a professional phone manner
- Be a team player with a high level of availability and flexibility to work early, late and weekend shifts as required
- Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, nurses and clients
- Capability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Reception/Sales and/or Call Centre experience is desirable however not essential
