Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support our team. This role is suitable for anyone with a willingness to learn and perform in a team orientated environment.

What will you be responsible for?
- Handling both incoming and outgoing mail,
- Providing Administration support to various internal departments as required,
- Operating and maintaining the switchboard,
- Handling all internal enquiries,
- Filing of all vehicle deals/contracts,
- Electronic archiving of accounts payable invoices; and
- Provide relief to the internal accounts department to cover absences.
- Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- Are committed to building a successful career,
- Are looking for exposure in different departments to expand your knowledge,
- Have a strong attention to detail and are able to work under pressure,
- Possess outstanding administration skills,
