We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **Organisational Development Business Partner** to provide Employee Experience advice, facilitate engagement focus groups, project manage diversity initiatives and assist on development of an Employee Value Proposition. This is a truly varied role with the opportunity to grow/develop skills across culture, performance, policy, legislative changes and DE&I and to see your high-profile work be appreciated.
You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:
- Deploy key OD programs of work in the areas of employee experience and culture, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, recognition, performance optimisation and other portfolios as identified.
- Contribute to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements to provide updates on project objectives and progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, to agreed scope and aligned to the broader Coates strategy, people plan and stakeholder expectations and are embed into BAU.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Minimum 2 years experience in OD space with exposure to EE projects or EVP programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability see things through
- Previous experience with engagement survey technology and general HRIS (for data and reporting)
- Great communication, presentation and influence skills (this role will build relationships with senior leadership teams and executive stakeholders)
