**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company and is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Leader/Manager to join the team on the temporary to permanent basis in Lower North Shore of Sydney. This is a temporary ongoing role and can become permanent for the right person.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will be dependent on your proven experience as an Accounts Receivables Team Leader with key responsibilities including:

- End to end accounts receivables
- Looking after own ledger
- Escalations and collections
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing streamlined procedures to expedite payments and reduce outstanding balances.
- Overseeing accounts receivables projects from inception to completion, setting clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring successful execution.
- Oversee and lead the accounts receivables team to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for collections and credit management.
- Monitor and analyse customer accounts to minimize overdue payments.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes.
