**Area Sales Manager - South Australia**:
**About The Role**

As the Area Sales Manager for SA/NT you will lead from the front managing your team of highly experienced team of Orthopaedic Sales (joints) & Clinical Support professionals to maximise sales and grow our customer base.

Attractive Base + 10.5% Super + Car Allowance + Bonus + WFH

**About The Responsibilities**
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring a high performing sales team
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
- Identifying/generating new business to grow the customer base, and increase market share
- Monitoring and reporting on the team's performances
- Establishing/maintaining strong customer relationships

**About You**
- **Min. 5+ yrs experience in orthopaedic medical device sales**:

- **Proven people management experience**:

- **Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing/business plans**:

- Excellent training, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Highly driven, outcome focused with excellent communication skills
- Experience within orthopaedic large joints (hips and knees) is strongly desired however we would consider those from closely related fields such as Spine, Trauma, CMF etc.
