As GHD’s advocate for Key Clients, Relationship Managers (RMs) are at the heart of delivering our client strategy. This opportunity will see you acting as the client's voice influencing our internal teams to continuously improve the quality of the client relationship, experiences and delivery to achieve high valued partnerships and commercial outcomes.

This exciting opportunity will require you to work collaboratively with a wide range of professionals and business functions, including Market Leaders, Business Group Leaders and the GHD project delivery teams who service Transport for NSW across the state.

**Who are we looking for?**
The role has a primary accountability for business development within NSW and is expected that your time will be spent on business development and pursuit opportunities, whilst also performing as a senior leader in project delivery.
Key responsibilities include:

- Driving great client experience outcomes - work strategically to execute our client-centric Market Plans and Business Plans in the context of our GHD Australian Key Client Program
- Developing and growing our network of relationships with key decision makers within Transport for NSW (TfNSW) as well as key influencers across the transport market in NSW
- Developing and maintaining an opportunity pipeline for TfNSW
- Strategic oversight and/or leading selected major tenders and pursuits for TfNSW

**What you will bring to the team**:

- An innovative & commercial thinker - a growth and balanced mindset that considers market trends, commercial imperatives and the future of the transport network
- Proven in leading through influence to achieve great client outcomes and capable of driving a strong position in the market through collaboration, focus, and responsiveness
- A leader that exemplifies our GHD Values of Safety, Respect, Integrity and Teamwork, with a particular focus to contributing to our commitment as leaders in Inclusion, Diversity and Client Experience

**Your background**:

- Experience working in a senior role in the transport sector (preferably within NSW), leading client engagement, tendering, winning and ideally delivering major and or strategic projects
- Experience operating in a professional services environment
- Demonstrated champion of technical excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills and business & commercial acumen
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, post graduate qualifications / MBA advantageous
- Professional qualifications, registrations and accreditations with industry recognised bodies.
