**About the Medical Recruitment Services Team and the role**:
The Senior Medical Appointments team and Senior Medical Locum team are part of Medical Recruitment Services unit providing expert advice and recruitment services to Hunter New England LHD for Senior Medical Officers (SMOs). The Recruitment Officer role sits at our Corporate Office based at Waratah Campus within the Newcastle region, within walking distance to shops and cafes and don’t forget with FREE onsite parking.

**About you**:
Tam and her team are keen to welcome highly skilled administrators with a can-do attitude, positive outlook and someone who is open to looking for new and improved ways to achieve the business goals. A large part of the role will require you to liaise and build rapport with high level managers and physicians ensuring their experience and communication throughout a recruitment episode is professional and exceptional.
If you succeed in a fast paced, high-volume environment this role is for you.
You will be supported through also aspects of orientation, training, and ongoing learning and development in your new role by an experienced Team Leader or Senior Medical Recruitment Consultant, along with a supportive and welcoming Recruitment Manager and wider team.
