- Remuneration: $39.14 - $40.07 per hour, excluding superannuation.

**THE ROLE**:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to providing executive assistance and high-level organisational and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services, the wider Executive team, and is the key contact for Executive Recruitment.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Administration for nursing recruitment under the DNCS portfolio.
- Prepare meeting agendas, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Services

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administration support.
- Demonstrated administration experience in supporting project planning and implementation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of office software programs including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with people on all levels.
- Demonstrated communication skills with an ability to accurately prepare and critically review written documents.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in approaching work tasks with an innovative solution focussed mind set.
