**Position**: Customer Relationsip Officer(Sales) -Immediate start

**STUDYNET Pty Ltd** is an International Education and Migration consulting company, specializing in providing online and face-to-face educational and professional information and services for potential students or professionals individuals from across the world.

**Objective For this role**

Grow the sales & improve customer experience.

**We are looking 4 Key areas of expertise**:

- High volumes of call daily basic
- Leads nurturing & initial appointment setup
- Expected KPI - Setting 3-5 qualified appointments per day;
- Support the sales team to grow the sales.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Focusing on growing student recruitment
- Provide information and advice to international students regarding study opportunities in Australia.
- Possess a high level of product knowledge and competency in using CRM for managing student cases and running performance reports. Ensure accuracy in data entry and management
- Maintain excellent knowledge of student visa conditions and client programs and processes
- A minimum of 2-years experience in the call center or in the sales.
- Proven track record of call center or sale
- Exceptional relationship building skills;
- Motivated, outgoing, enthusiastic and informative
- Must be KPI driven.

**Education**: IT, Marketing, Business or any

**Knowledge**:

- A passion for helping International students
- Passion for Customer service
- International Education & regulation
- CRM (will be a plus)
