**Job Description**:
Join Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites as a full-time Assistant Hotel Manager. You must have a positive attitude with resilience to adapt to all situations and demonstrate high leadership qualities. You will be able to motivate, inspire and develop your team and build a supportive, inclusive and fun team culture.

Location: 243 Pyrmont St, Darling Harbour NSW 2009

Duties include:

- Providing assistance to the General Manager
- Act as Hotel Manager on Duty
- Lead and manage operational departments across the hotel
- Drive revenue growth
- Assist in managing Body Corporate interactions
- Conduct financial reporting
- Coach and develop team members

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous Assistant Manager/Front Office Manager experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and create team culture.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- You will be a self-motivated, proactive, solutions-focused professional
- You will be a confident, hands-on leader
