**The Opportunity**

Boeing Defence Australia is leading development of cutting-edge upgrades for the E-7A Wedgetail. As we continue to grow our team, we are looking to take on a Program Administrator to support a diverse multi-national team.

As the Program Administrator, you will work alongside Project Coordinators to learn the ropes and whilst developing professionally, you will be supporting the delivery of important capability to our customers. This role can be based in **Brisbane, Amberley, Williamtown or Adelaide.**

In this role you will:

- Engage with program stakeholders to support the development and upkeep of project specific documentation.
- Scheduling regular meetings in accordance with the program operating rhythm and complete associate reporting activities
- Record decisions and actions in meetings and distribute actions
- Coordinate of Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) management across the project.
- Monitor, analyse and report on project performance metrics. Summarise findings and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Engage regularly with program stakeholders to confirm their progress in relation to their agreed project timelines.
- Assist the leadership team with Program administration duties

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Intermediate MS suite skills and experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate and network across all levels of our business.
- Ability to problem solve, provide critical thinking and adapt easily to fast changing situations.
- A willingness to learn.
- Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold, or have ability to obtain, an Australian defence security clearance.
- Project management training is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, Administration or Coordinator role desirable.
