The Program Administrator position at ASE Group plays an important role in the lives of Australians by managing and coordinating our adult self-employment programs. This job is crucial for ensuring participants have an amazing experience while adhering to compliance standards.

You'll be responsible for

  • Program Coordination - 50%. We're looking for someone who can help coordinate and make things happen within our adult education programs. We have lots of new participants in the mix and we need someone who can help us make their experience amazing, ensuring that we are adhering to Department compliance items as well.

  • General Administration - 50%. Supporting the Admin Coordinator with general day-to-day admin tasks such as responding to queries and managing new relationships. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills via phone and email. ENERGY is a huge part of our organisation so we're really looking for someone who can EMBODY ENERGY

Skills you'll need:

  • Program coordination: Help coordinate and make things happen within adult education programs, ensuring an amazing experience for participants while adhering to compliance items.

  • Customer service: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills via phone and email, embodying energy and positivity in all interactions.

  • Adaptability: Be comfortable with change and demonstrate a super adaptable mindset in a dynamic environment.

  • Communication and Problem Solving skills: Engage effectively in face-to-face and phone communication, making connections with participants and stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail: Understand and implement guidelines with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately.

  • Salary: $50,000 to $75,000 inc super for a full time staff member depending on experience (full time). We're open to junior candidates along with established administrators We want people who want to grow with us and become leaders within our organisation

  • Location: Brisbane City Campus and Moreton Bay Micro-Campus / Working from Home to be negotiated with the candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
