**Opportunity for you..**

We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual with strong stakeholder management skills to join Cirka as Client Service Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and is based in Adelaide.

**Some of your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead and manage the cleaning operations team.
- Work according to set budgetary constraints thereby retaining profitability.
- Develop new business opportunities and assist in the completion of quote preparation and/or tender responses as identified, including proactive follow up.
- Provide timely and accurate information and approvals to ensure employees are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and according to duties/hours of work.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements as per contractual or business requirements.
- Conduct cleaning inspections in accordance with agreed inspection plan(s), ensuring outcomes are reported and any actions closed out within agreed timescales.
- Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships, leveraging relationships through existing clients and contacts.
- Undertake full contract reviews of any client as directed by the General Manager.
- Manage and lead employee performance and/or conduct issues.
- Work with the Return to Work Coordinator in the management of employee injuries and / or illnesses.
- Ensure all cleaning operations team members’ complete a Cirka and client site induction and any regular or identified training requirements.
- Carry out any appropriate actions to ensure team member adherence to company policies and procedures in accordance with legislative requirements.

**To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate**:

- Experience of cleaning service operations including contract management.
- Experience managing a team, including the management and coordination of employees through rostering, redeployment, delivering training and toolbox sessions, addressing performance and/or employee issues.
- Experienced in completing regular quality / service delivery inspections and able to work from complex instructions and procedures, identify issues and resolve problems.
- Experienced in completing incident investigations with a good understanding of the return to work process and employer’s injury management obligations.
- Good understanding of financial processes, including purchasing, managing operations within budget and completing analysis on basic financial data.
- Experienced in completing audits, hazard identification and risk assessments including Safe Work Method Statements
(SWMS).
- An effective team player, with ability to adapt and change in a growing business environment, and support others to achieve individual and business targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and experienced in working with and resolving issues for employees at all levels within the business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a skilled trainer and presenter.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with online document management and auditing systems.
