The Customer Service Representative reports to, assists and works cooperatively with the Senior Team Lead in providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, through the timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and enquiries.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Establish strong customer service relationship with customers.
- Provide customers with service information - including sourcing rates and other DSV Services.
- Arrange and monitor shipment.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Arrange and monitor shipment milestones using CW1.
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
- Enter data into CW1 and produce data/reports as required.
- Ensures all quotations are created in CW1 and Client rates are managed for autorating.
- Ensure all customer details are maintained and kept up to date.
- Recommend process improvements.

**About You**:

- Minimum five years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry and within relevant department.
- Experience using Cargo Wise 1 (CW1) is preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
