**Your new role**
As a Team Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a busy team of Personal Assistants. You will be responsible for:

- Managing a general inbox and phone calls
- Processing expenses
- Organising meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist in organisation of internal events
- Data entry
- General adhoc administration tasks, including filing, scanning and more

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will display;
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met
- Proven administration skills with competence using Microsoft Office programs
- Professional and confident written and verbal communication skills
- An eagerness to learn and the ability to work autonomously
