**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a specialist consulting firm that provides operational and sales support to Research & Development providers looking to establish or grow their practices in the industry. They have developed a suite of tools and services to help educate other firms in this sector about the grants available to eligible business.
Duties Include:
- Sales Administration - booking appointments and the preparation and sending of contracts.
- Managing of Diaries
- Client Management -Working directly with external clients and making sure all compliance is updated
- Working closely with the Bookkeeper making sure every invoice is processed
- Working on their ERP system creating new client files, updating and uploading of documents
- Assist in creating new SOP's ( standard operating procedures)
- General office administration and operational support
**The Successful Applicant**:
Key skills required for role include:
- Previous administration experience
- Highly organised and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Confident Customer Service skills
- Proactive nature
- Team focused
**What's on Offer**:
This role is offered on a PERMANENT PART TIME basis Monday - Friday within school hours. Start and finish times are slightly flexible.
