**About the role**
Right now, we are looking for an International Sourcing Manager to continue our successful campaigns and manage the international sourcing for our Industrial & Specialist Services division. Working as part of the division, you will be focused on:

- Alignment and mapping of current international requests
- Uniforming commercial and business terms for international recruitment
- Building relationships and knowledge of internal businesses and stakeholders
- Managing the process and affiliate partners for the screening, sourcing, submission, and logistics of international personnel
- Building relationships with external stakeholders including in country partners, migration partners and client counterparts
- Regular and detailed meetings/dashboards on volume, quality, and stages of international recruitment
- Help build and construct the workflow and hold all stakeholders, internal and external, to agreed timeframes
- Help internal businesses develop their capacity to expand the international offering
- Accountability on delivered numbers per business and per skill set

To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.

You will also have:

- Significant experience in a similar role or significant recruitment experience
- Knowledge of immigration framework and visa structures for Australian and New Zealand will be HIGHLY regarded.
- Ability to hold stakeholder accountable from internal staff that define their vacancies and follow through to placing sourced staff to managing the offshore recruitment partners/agent’s performance and meeting commercial agreement terms
- Ability to negotiate those commercial terms to ensure sustainability arrangements
