This is a full-time position for an Administration Assistant located at Molendiner.

Mpower You operate in the Ipswich, Logan, Brisbane and Gold Coast areas. We have a great reputation for ensuring that are participants are our main focus. Mpower You are is a registered provider with the NDIS, and we provide a variety of different types of supports to our participants. Our admin team is an integral part of the company. You will find yourself with a variety of different jobs to do throughout your day. We are looking for somebody who thrives in a high-stress and ever evolving role and will be able to calmly and efficiently support our team.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Manage NDIS client packages through the provider website and portal
- Create and follow up with service agreements
- Update vital funding information using excel
- Establish and monitor funding packages through our Client Management System
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Follow-up issues and concerns with the NDIS office
- Access and update participant information on the NDIS website
- Allocate Service Bookings based on participant’s plans on the NDIS site
- Keep track of changes in pricing with relation to NDIS packages
- Manage and maintain compliance of all files
- Collaborate with Support Coordinators
- All admin and office jobs such as: answering phones, filing, shredding, maintaining office supplies etc.
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Reconciliation
- Data entry
- Back up payroll
- Aged Debtors
- Maintaining spreadsheets

**To be successful in this role you must have the following attributes**:

- Motivated, quick to learn and have very good attention to detail.
- Ability to confidently and compassionately work with people from all walks of life, in particular those living with different abilities, particularly those living with complex mental health concerns.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Competent with all Outlook programs such as word, office and excel
- Confident with technology
- A polite and engaging phone manner is essential.
- This can be a high-stress role and requires somebody with impeccable organisational skills.
- Must have Blue Card, Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) and Police Check (or be able to obtain)
- Covid-19 Infection Control Certificate
- Your knowledge of Outlook programs
- Your ability to learn new programs and technologies (Ability to use and learn new programs quickly is very important)
- How you engage with people of all walks of life and abilities
- Your communication ability
- Your ability to use your own initiative
- Your ability to work under pressure
- Your experience with working with people with disability and your knowledge of the NDIS

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative & Business Operations Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
