**Female Disability Support Workers - 24/7 ongoing Roster | Tweed Heads**

**Employment Type**: Casual (Roster-based)
**Sector**: NDIS - In-Home Support
**Location**: Tweed Heads, NSW

Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others? We are seeking **female Disability Support Workers** to join our supportive team, providing 24/7 in-home care for a participant in Tweed Heads.

**Roster Structure (rotating)**:

- Morning: 6:00am - 12:30pm
- Afternoon: 12:30pm - 6:00pm
- Evening & Passive (Active) Sleepover: 6:00pm - passive overnight

Shifts include weekdays, weekends, and passive overnight support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Assist with domestic tasks and maintaining a safe home environment
- Support social and community participation
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition needs
- Assist with mobility (including Sara Stedy transfers)
- Provide medication administration support

**Essential Requirements**
- Certificate III in Disability
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Minimum 12 months’ direct or lived experience in disability support
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
