**About the Role**:
Governance, Strategy and Planning (GSP) is looking for outcome focused Principal Policy Officers to drive improvements across a range of corporate governance, risk, strategy and planning functions. Individuals who can lead and work across boundaries to build strong networks to deliver projects, present clear and considered advice through reports, briefings and other communication products to support effective decision making, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Providing direction and guidance to support the operations of branch functions and reporting across the department
- Building collaborative partnerships with business units and stakeholders to drive organisational improvements
- Leading key projects, including providing effective governance, reporting, risks and issues management
- Delivering well written advice and reports to support effective decision making by key departmental committees.
