**The Opportunity**
Are you passionate about driving brand visibility, enhancing customer experience, and fostering strong partnerships? Retail Food Group is seeking an energetic individual to fill the role of Shopper and Trade Marketing Executive. This position plays a crucial role in transforming our business’s customer environment, collaborating closely with various teams and stakeholders to drive success in the trade (omnichannel) arena.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and improve customer experience across all channels.
- Collaborate with Franchise Partners (FPs) to drive sales conversion and foster strong partnerships.
- Translate brand marketing campaigns into executable programs, considering various stakeholders' perspectives.
- Develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Create and execute a 12-month trade activation calendar and develop all necessary trade materials.
- Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns across various channels, including point-of-sale materials, promotions, trade shows, EDMs, and digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the development, distribution, and maintenance of all point-of-purchase (POP) materials.
- Identify category white spaces for portfolio expansion and manage NPD/deletions across planograms.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key distribution partners and Franchise Partners.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to optimize consumer shopping experience and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaigns to the trade marketing budget, allocating resources effectively.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business/Marketing discipline.
- 2+ years’ work experience in consumer-focused trade marketing area: Food Retail, FMCG, or Franchising.
- Strong understanding of food retailing, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication, influencing skills, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong financial acumen and data analysis skills, preferably using Circanca, Aztec, Nielsen, or Quantium.
- Proficiency in MS Office with sound Excel skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention-to-detail, and accuracy.
