This is a unique opportunity to join our Gaming Marketing team in a fast paced and diverse role where you will be supporting and executing gaming marketing campaigns.

As our Gaming Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with our Gaming Marketing team to support and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in Queensland. You will focus heavily on initiatives to drive gaming participation, satisfaction and return on marketing investment. **About your new role**:

- Execute Through the Line (TTL) gaming marketing campaigns to support guest engagement and return on marketing investment.
- Support initiatives to drive new member acquisition to The Star Club.
- Proactively refine promotions and campaigns based on data-led evaluation of campaign results.
- Manage briefs to the internal Creative Agency and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and effectively represent business objectives.
- Brief campaign build and launch elements.
- Day to day management of direct report, Gaming Marketing Coordinator.
- Develop marketing campaigns that comply with RSA and RSG codes, statutory requirements, and company policy.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in Data Driven Marketing or Advertising roles.
- Ability to manage team members in a high-volume environment, managing tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently lead discussions and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Background and understanding of media buying and Above The Line (ATL) marketing highly regarded.
- A creative eye for theming and styling on property activations.
- Understanding of laws and regulations as they relate to the organisation, in particular Privacy, Marketing, Consumer Advertising and related laws and regulatory legislation.
