Salon Lane is recruiting for a dynamic Retail Operations Coordinator. The role would suit a dynamic, organised retail professional with an eye for detail and a passion for all things hair and beauty.

**Hours**: 30 per week
**Days**: Monday - Thursday
**Location**:Will need to be able to work between our St Leonards, Bondi and Surry Hills locations.

**ABOUT SALON LANE**

New to Australia, Salon Lane is Australia’s largest provider of shared premium workspaces for hair and beauty professionals. Think WeWork but for hair and beauty professionals

With multiple sites in **Sydney**and **Brisbane**and more in the pipeline, Salon Lane provides a move-in-ready solution that not only gives hairdressers, beauty therapists and other industry professionals complete control over their business and profits but also a safe space and support network designed to empower them to become successful entrepreneurs.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Work directly with the Retail Growth Manager to support retail operations and maximise retail product sales by creating a premium and exceptional retail experience for our member’s clients and walk-in consumers.
- Manage and co-ordinate the day to day set up and back-of-house tasks for our 3 Sydney sites, as well as working closely with the Member Experience team to ensure retail processes and stock levels are working efficiently across all sites.
- Receiving and managing incoming product orders.
- Implement impactful visual merchandising and consistently update according to the promotional calendar.
- Monitor store and salon consumable usage to ensure adequate supply.
- Support with the planning, organisation and execution of retail store openings and events.
- Perform and complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
