**The Opportunity**:
As part of the Treaty Broking Team you will support the Broking team with technical, broking and administrative support to facilitate the placement of our Australian, New Zealand and Pacific Clients’ treaty programmes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of Aon’s relationships with assigned clients
- Leverage client service teams to identify and meet client needs and thereby retain and grow a profitable book of business.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
- Build relationships with clients and reinsurance markets.
- Actively participate in the Reinsurance Renewal process, making good use of related Company tools and systems.
- Support the Treaty broking team leader by preparing reinsurance market submissions, responding to queries from reinsurers, evaluate quotations to determine recommended terms, drafting of client presentations and preparation of draft contract documentation
- Support opportunities resulting in new Treaty revenue
- Work as part of the Treaty broking team in prospecting and servicing insurers, reciprocals and captives
**About you**:
This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter with strong customer service skills.
Additionally, you will have the following:
- Prior working experience in Insurance or (preferably) Reinsurance sector (Broking, Underwriting, Administration)
- An expertise in managing data via Excel, structuring in a proper way and being able to interpret the results.
- A strong ability in making presentation and reports (strong knowledge of PowerPoint is required).
- Strong relationship skills: ability to manage external/internal relationships and senior stakeholders
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, for establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- A desire to grow and further develop.
