The **People Advisory Administrator**works across the P&C team to provide general support. The role predominately administers the employee lifecycle from offer and onboarding through to offboarding. As well as supporting administrative recruitment activities. The role reports into the Team Leader, People Advisory.
This role is a 3-month, full time contract role. We are ideally wanting someone who is available from 2nd June.
Key accountabilities include:
- Administer people lifecycle from offer and onboarding through to offboarding.
- Manage employee digital records and P&C storage.
- Respond to general P&C policy, process or guidelines queries.
- Administer employee and manager self-service site.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions, invitations, attendance, session support and reporting and ad hoc ‘all employee’ learning invites for pop-up sessions.
- Coordinate the review of policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Data enter volume job requisition, schedule interviews, coordinate unsuccessful notifications, assessments, background checks and generate offers.
- Work with the wider P&C team to provide administrative support across P&C initiatives, cyclical activities and BAU as required.
**Qualifications**
- Working towards a business or psychology degree with interest in HR.
- Experience in a similar administrator or coordinator role would be advantageous.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and customer focus.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A track record of identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes and ways of working.
